Renaissance Benefits is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team!
At Renaissance, the HR Generalist will serve as the subject matter expert regarding Benefits, FMLA, and ADA. In addition to supporting employees with leave and benefits, this role will also be responsible for Employee Relations and providing coaching to leaders as needed.
