POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the business. This includes managing the full cycle recruitment processes, business leaders calendars, responding to new client inquires, cold calling potential clients, following up with client concerns, managing administrative processes, data entry, and preparing for company/business events.
The HR Assistant position requires a welcoming disposition and strong communication and interactive skills, as this person is the first business contact to greet clients and answer phones. In addition, the position necessitates tremendous organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform multiple tasks successfully. Computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly are beneficial to success in this position.
