Our Restaurant Operators are individuals that are just as passionate about serving Great Food in a Flash as they are about developing and motivating a team to represent a World-Class Brand!
Operator Candidates complete up to three rotations across Pal’s operations with daily exposure to senior leadership in each location. This program is a hands-on, fully immersive leadership experience, designed to expose you to every element of our world-class operation. As a candidate in this program, you will progress through these rotations following a personalized development plan.
Pal’s Restaurant Operator has total responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant (average 50+ employees) ensuring to delight every customer visiting our restaurants. Our Leaders build and develop their restaurant management teams and oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, and customer delight within the restaurant across all shifts.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in business, restaurant, retail or hospitality.
Have a Fanatical Work Ethic – Typical work week is 5 ½ days
