Are you a seasoned Recruitment professional? Do you want to make a difference in people’s lives? The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking an experienced manager to drive the recruitment program for the department.
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for collaborating with Divisions, Facilities and other key stakeholders such as OSHR and the Office of the Governor to design, implement and administer programs, policies and technologies to build, support and sustain a comprehensive and effective recruitment strategy for DHHS.
The position will directly supervise three recruiters: two responsible for clinical recruitment for hard to fill positions for the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities, and one in support of DHHS Divisions, systems, internships, and other special projects.

About the DHHS Human Resources Division:
The Division of Human Resources is responsible for strategic and tactical human capital management within DHHS including compliance with all federal and state rules and regulations affecting employee relations, recruitment/ selection, job evaluation, salary administration, benefits, workers’ compensation, safety, and core staff development.

Management Preferences (if applicable)
Bachelor’s degree, typically in Human Resources or related field from an appropriately accredited institution and at least 4 years of experience in human resources with some experience in an HR lead position;
