HR Specialist
The HR Specialist will perform a variety of talent & human resources administrative functions; including, but not limited to, onboarding & offboarding of new & existing employees, support in interview scheduling & serve as a back up to hiring/recruiting needs, maintaining personnel files and records, I9 verifications, & promoter of all hiring & personnel change processes. This role will report directly to the Director of Talent & Onboarding.
** This position is remote and must reside in PST. **
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Grasp understanding of job requirements, position descriptions, and assist in the design of effective recruitment strategies to attract & retain top talent.
Update candidate info in the applicant tracking system (ATS)/ HRIS.
Conduct & monitor background checks.
Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants, when needed.
Participate in candidate onboarding and completion of new-hire paperwork.
Filing of all HR-related paperwork.
Performs HR functions including answering HR questions, onboarding support and exit interviews, and updating HR forms.
Partner with HRBP’s for specific region/employee related support
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

WHAT YOU BRING:
1-2 years of human resources administrative processes
ADP WFN highly preferred
Discretion to handle confidential material
Planning, organizing, and project coordination skills.
Strong communication skills, in both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong customer-centric background.
Strong understanding of MS Office & MS Excel
Ability to run and interpret reports.
Able to demonstrate a sense of urgency along with enthusiasm around providing high quality HR services to employees.
Able to handle a wide variety of tasks and projects. Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
