Role and Responsibilities
Are you passionate about the importance of providing employees with a stellar New Hire/Onboarding and Orientation experience? If so, we want to talk to you! We are looking for a manager to supervise our New Hire Onboarding team and create a world-class Onboarding and New Hire Employee Experience in our fast-paced high-growth environment. This role is an integral part of our Employee Experience team and will help us drive company growth while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with all applicable laws and industry standards. Responsibilities will include:
· Supervise and direct the day-to-day work of a team, including assigning work, acting as an escalation point for questions and issues, coaching, and development
· Liaison between Employee Experience teams and other departments to ensure a seamless new hire experience
· Act as a subject matter expert for I9, E-Verify, new hire documents, background checks and general hiring practices, to ensure team compliance with applicable laws regarding same
· Look for opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and the Onboarding and New Hire Employee Experience
· Analyze data and reporting to determine trends, patterns and insight as needed
· Other duties as required
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
· 3 – 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting environment, with a working understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
· 2 – 3 years’ experience managing teams
· Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
· Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is a plus)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to deliver presentations to groups
· Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization
· Intellectual curiosity with a drive to deliver solutions
· Self-motivated, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Skills
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
