Full Job Description
Human Resources Generalist: FT 37.5 hours per week, benefit eligible non-exempt position.
Primary Focus: Key responsibilities for this position include payroll administration and benefit administration support. In addition, analyze HRIS data on a routine basis and provide reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Financial Officer. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is a must.
This position will have a direct reporting relationship with the Senior HR Manager on a day to day basis, and an indirect reporting relationship with the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Required Education, Experience: BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 2 years HR experience with an emphasis on payroll and benefits, HRIS systems experience required, Paycom experience a plus. Must posses excellent excel skills.
