Overview:

The primary purpose and function of the Provider Support Specialist is to facilitate provider adoption and satisfaction through implementation, training, and ongoing support and communication. Working cross functionally with every team the PSS is a key member of the Wellmind team who reports directly to the Executive Leadership team.

Essential Functions:

• Become a superuser on the Wellmind platform.
• Support the organization in continuously optimizing the provider experience and pursuing successful interactions throughout the provider onboarding and offboarding lifecycle.
• Create, operate, and support provider onboarding program and serve as the primary resource for providers on the platform.
• Serve as providers’ primary point of contact for all non-clinical concerns throughout the entire onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Handle prompt e-mail, text or phone follow-up as needed to ensure provider adoption and satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems to appropriate internal and external resources.
• Issue standardized provider agreements to incoming doctors, psychologists and therapists, and answer relevant questions.
• Issue onboarding documents and payroll sign up to new providers.
• Collect, add and update provider profile information to be published on Wellmind website and various sites on-line.
• Perform in the clinical application configuration and complete onboarding and off-boarding of users after confirming with the Revenue Cycle team that all chart billing is completed, if applicable
• Using a variety of remote training techniques and tools, facilitate remote training and follow up training for new providers on the Wellmind platform in order to facilitate the introduction, acceptance, integration, and optimal use of the platform.
• Work in tandem with our Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform and Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) partners to ensure support tickets are promptly resolved and additional use cases are communicated properly to appropriate counterparts.
• Draft, edit and publish periodic provider newsletters keeping providers abreast of internal policies as well the ever-changing telehealth and behavioral health compliance landscape and other topics that emerge and/or are assigned.
• Re-create, continuously update and maintain provider web resource with training videos, step by step guides and other resources.
• On occasion post relevant materials to Wellmind’s social media feeds.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Super-human attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A minimum 2 Years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a human service, information technology, or other relevant field.
• Command of technology and be able to confidently cross platforms, apps and devices.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• You MUST have a dedicated, private space in which to work.
