Workship is a global talent consulting company run by engineers and veteran recruiters. We work with software companies in India and the US to help them accomplish their talent acquisition goals.
Our area of expertise is to find talent in areas like Distributed Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering and Executive roles in Software Engineering / Product management.

Being a Technical Sourcing Specialist at Workship, you will be owning following activities:
Identifying best suitable talent specific to a job role
Devising innovative search strategies
Syncing up with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
Researching on technologies, companies, products and people
Helping to build a network of niche talent
Innovating and contributing to the areas of talent discovery
