Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, self-driven, strategic Talent and Relationship Manager to conceptualize, develop, and execute new and refresh existing recruiting strategies targeted at identifying, hiring, and retaining exceptional candidates to meet and exceed the high-volume hiring needs of a selective, well-respected, successful, and expanding system of early childhood education schools. The individual will use their knowledge of business operations, program operations, and human resources practices to develop, promote, and implement strategies and programs that align with the company’s culture, mission, vision, and values and drives talent acquisition’s capabilities to meet and exceed organizational needs.
