The incumbent will be part of the HRIS group and a primary functional team member of the Workday HCM support team. This is a significant customer-facing role requiring organization and the ability to work hands-on at all levels within Navient. This position will partner with Human Resources Subject Matter Experts to ensure technology change request and enhancements are properly documented, resourced, and on-time.
This role will also require support for production issues including troubleshooting interfaces between various internal and external databases, and auditing of employee and transactional data for accuracy. Co-lead system implementations and upgrades, development of integrations to new or existing external or internal touchpoints, HCM systems, and provide ad hoc management reporting as needed.
