JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation’s war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today’s missions and tomorrow’s global challenges.
Job Summary – Essential Functions/Duties
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the JT4, LLC Talent Acquisition Team and provides direct support to hiring
managers and senior executives to recruit qualified candidates and fulfill staffing requirements at all JT4 operating
locations.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will perform the following functions/duties:
Requirements – Education, Technical, and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field and at least eight years of related job experience; or master’s degree and six years of job-related experience.
In addition, a Talent Acquisition Manager must possess the following qualifications:

Working Conditions
This position involves work typical of office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting to 30 pounds, constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. The incumbent must occasionally work duty days in excess of ten hours and perform shift and weekend work to meet required schedule demands. This position will require periodic travel.
