Experience
5+ Years of employee relations experience or related Human Resources Field
Proficiency in federal, state, and local EEO and Labor statutes, regulations, enforcement policies and practices
A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
In this position you will provide subject matter expertise & direction on complex projects/initiatives for his/her assigned area of responsibility. As part of the Employee Relations COE, this individual collaborates Legal & the HRBP to develop employee relations solutions that effectively foster a high performing workplace. S/he interprets policy, conducts investigations & provides guidance to all levels of management in addressing employee relations & performance management issues.

Education
4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s) – Minimum Required

Pay: $40.00 – $48.00 per hour
