Serenity Hospice Care is currently looking for a qualified Human Resources Coordinator to join our team of professionals!

Qualifications:

• Must has at least 2 years HR experiance in a fast paced Medical Environment
• Must be Extreamly proficient with Follow up to accurately complete tasks as assigned
• Have exceptional Employee relation skills
• Be very familar with Unemployment, FMLA, Medical Insurance, Payroll, Workers Compensation, On Borading, Orientation
• Must be able to mulitask continually throught each day
• Must be able to communicate effectively in order to obtain credentils needed from field employees
• Stay up to date at all times with competencies, Appraisals and credentials for your assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient with Micrsoft Office, specifically Excel

Job Duties: (Not limited to)

• Hiring- Onboarding & Orientation
• Request, Log and file all credentials for employees in your assigned territory
• Answer phone calls and respond to employee questions
• Attend meetings as requested
• Open Enrollment each year
• Follow Serenity Policies and Procedures at all times
• Communicate issues to Management as needed
