Remote HR & Payroll Administrator

Guardian Care is currently seeking an HR and Payroll Administrator to support our growing team in Indiana.

The HR & Payroll Administrator is responsible for overseeing the HR and payroll functions. The primary areas of responsibility include ensuring that payroll is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations, and provides general customer service oriented tasks for HR while appropriately and effectively resolving issues that arise, with a strong focus on customer service.
In this role, you will serve as Guardian Care’s front-line for solving employee HR and payroll challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping staff, training users on payroll technology, and issuing letters for proof of income, employment verification, etc. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to analyze and resolve routine problems on a consistent and regular basis.
