The Lexington Marriott City Center is seeking a thoughtful, dynamic and inventive individual to join our human resources team.
The Assistant Human Resources Manager of the Lexington Marriott City Center will have the following responsibilities:
· Organize and maintain confidential personnel records, enter new data, and update associate data in internal HR databases.
· Supports hiring process by screening and interviewing applicants.
· Prepare payroll by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records
· Conducts new hire associate onboarding.
· Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
· Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from associates regarding company and Human Resources policy.
· Inform Human Resources Manager of issues related to associate relations within the property.
· Assist in developing the hotel culture through recognition programs, internal events and Marriott associate initiatives.
