We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team as we grow and expand our recruiting work.
Our team is skilled in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring the right candidates for our clients. We think outside the box and find creative solutions to find candidates. We advise our clients to help them improve and optimize their hiring process. The role is fully remote or hybrid. We prefer candidates in the Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities:
Writing job descriptions, posting jobs to various applicant tracking systems (ATS), reviewing applications, and selecting candidates to interview
Conducting phone interviews with candidates
Making recommendations to clients based on your interviews and the job requirements
Scheduling phone, virtual, and in-person interviews; assisting the CEO with calendar management and scheduling
Administering skills tests to candidates, reviewing the results, and sharing feedback from the test with the client
Maintaining communication with candidates, and providing status updates to them on behalf of our clients
Preparing reports on recruiting efforts for our clients
Maintaining records diligently in internal systems
Contributing to marketing and promotion of company
Assisting with ad hoc projects
Requirements:
6 months – 2 years of work or internship experience
Willingness to work with right-of-center organizations
Excitement to work in a fast-growth, startup environment
Self-starter
Diligence and strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to conduct multiple phone interviews per day and build relationships with both candidates and clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills: must be able to quickly and professionally communicate with candidates, vendors, and clients
Willingness to learn new systems and skills
Strong time management skills
Excitement to learn and grow new skills quickly
Bachelor’s degree preferred
