Under the direction of the NNA Talent Acquisition Manger, this contract position will have the opportunity to plan, organize and implement Talent Acquisition (TA) activities related to the recruiting process for our Cranberry and Murrysville, Pennsylvania locations.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting Oversight:
Creates and implements strategic sourcing strategies to locate talent.
Informs hiring managers about the TA process and provides market data.
Screens candidate applications and resumes to determine fit for position.
Interviews internal and external applicants.
Provides support in all aspects of the TA process.
Attends, coordinates and/or conducts various recruiting events, utilizing appropriate social media, etc.
Ensures compliance and support of all AAP/OFCCP processes with internal/external audits.
Works on TA enhancement projects.
Qualifications:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and experience working within an Enterprise Resource Planning software platform.
Proven experience creating and analyzing moderate to complex information, historical results, and market data (including emerging trends) to develop recommendations around TA efforts.
Solid project management skills, including proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of applicable employment federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, codes, and/or statutes including OFCCP/AAP compliance.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of social media outreach practices on multiple platforms.
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or related experience thriving in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a global corporate environment
