You will support the development and execution of Employee & Labor Relations processes and practices and help develop strategies and interventions to support the evolution of Employee and Labor Relations. Under the direction of the Executive Director, this role will provide oversight, guidance/mentoring to Employee Relations Advisors, own relationships with designated functional partners (e.g., Legal, Labor Relations, Compliance, Security, HRBP’s, and business leaders) and deliver applicable reporting to identify trends and recommend appropriate solutions for the Retail Business Unit.
Management Responsibilities:
You will direct a team of ten (10) or more people and are responsible for providing direct reports with timely, candid, and constructive feedback; developing employees to their full potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for their accomplishments and coaching team members on performance and quality. You will spend time with your direct reports on a weekly basis to spot check their work, review case outcomes, balance caseloads, and provide support and feedback on performance. You will also manage the hiring, performance coaching, and separation process for your direct reports.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
