The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruiting, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Onboarding, File management, Document
Management, Learning Management System, Performance management
Responsibilities:
Manage the talent acquisition process, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, screening applicants, and process new hire documents and other HR related transactions ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Develop and write all ads accurately and creatively to attract top level candidates.
Active, high level recruiting of clinical and support staff in addition to managing all other aspects of the job.
Oversee the probationary performance management and improvement systems, Employee orientation, development, and training.
Facilitate Internal job transfers, offer Letters & Employment Agreements

Stay current with employment trends and technology and maintain a talent acquisition processes to fit the needs of the organization
Continually identify new and sustainable candidate streams.
Works with colleges and universities on maintaining internship and proctoring program
Oversee the volunteer and internship programs
Maintain training schedules and ensure mandatory annual trainings are complete
Implement training programs boost workplace.
Administer the learning management system.
Prepare statistical and compliance reports.
Provides general support as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or a related field, or comparable experience, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
Minimum 1 year HR experience.
Experienced and proficient using HRIS and ATS systems.
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities:
Proficient computer skills which include a high degree of comfort and familiarity working in HRIS systems and reporting tools.
Employee must be depended upon for their confidentiality and discretion as they will have access/exposure to information and data that is sensitive in nature.
Ability to multi-task and flexibility to work as part of a team.
Must be organized and detail oriented. Must have the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Demonstrates initiative and an appropriate sense of urgency. Exercises good judgment and escalates concerns as appropriate.
Has an outgoing, approachable personality.
Maintains professional boundaries and excellent judgment.
