JOB SUMMARY:
Hiring a Senior HR Business Partner or a HR Business Partner depending on experience. The typical hire-in rate is between the minimum to mid-point of the pay range.
Senior HR Business Partner: $79,435 – $124,259 annually
HR Business Partner: $27.51 – $40.42 per hour
The HR Business Partner – Employee Relations provides broad support to the HR team. The primary role is support of the accommodation process and employee and labor relations functions, acting at the direction of the HR Director. The HR Business Partner – Employee Relations conducts HR investigations regarding employee complaints and personnel matters as assigned and supports labor negotiations and grievance responses as assigned. This position assists the manager with advising on HR matters and labor contract administration as assigned, and assists with improving employee engagement and supports HR training sessions for employees and managers. The HR Business Partner – Employee Relations performs HR projects as assigned, and will cross-train and support HR functions and functions such as recruiting, job descriptions, Performance Appraisals, Personnel Action Requests, compensation, and leaves of absence.
