The Human Resources Generalist assists in the daily administrative activities of the Human Resources Department. This role will ensure HR compliance in the areas of I-9 employment eligibility verification, E-verify, background screening, clearance process, certification and credentialing. Core job duties are time sensitive and highly confidential. Along with HR Compliance responsibilities, this position will assist in general office and administrative responsibilities as assigned with heavy emphasis on ADP WorkforceNow business processes associated with employee lifecycle from new hires and onboarding to job changes and off boarding. Special projects as required by the department occur regularly.
