Job description
1. Assist with benefit plan inquiries from employees and plan participants.
2. Conduct plan audits, data validation, data analysis and reporting on benefit plans.
3. Assist with planning and execution of annual benefit plan open enrollment windows including communications, enrollment system testing and plan design changes.
4. Liaise (or work) with benefit vendor partners on issues, ad hoc topics and projects, plan changes, etc.
5. Assist other members of the Benefits team with the planning and execution of ad-hoc benefit projects.
6. Assist with taxable fringe benefit preparation, reimbursements and invoicing.
7. Assist with plan administration of benefit plan programs including review of tuition and CFA reimbursements.
8. Identify and resolve issues with benefit plan vendors, IT, and Payroll as they arise.
9. Oversee changes to employee benefits resulting from new hire enrollments, terminations, global transfers, and qualifying life events.
10. Assist in the development and maintenance of all global benefit plan communication materials as needed
11. Support business networks and internal stakeholders as needed
12. Assist in the preparation of Retirement Committee materials
13. Participate in benefit plan surveys as needed
14. Assist with nondiscrimination testing and related compliance reporting

Salary: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
