Regional Human Resources Manager – Americas
Location: Oakdale MN
Reports To:CFO
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager maintains and enhances the organization’s HR function by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies/practices, programs, and employee relations. This position will provide support for two office locations (Atlanta, GA and Minnesota) and to home office personnel throughout the U.S. and Canada and Latin America.

Supervisory Responsibilities: May supervise other HR staff members, FTE and/or contract
Travel Demands: Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 25-50%

COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including advanced technical skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
