We are looking to add a Creative Manager – OmniChannel Marketing to support our Direct to Consumer business. The TruStage team is responsible for helping middle-market consumers get the insurance protection their families need. The primary goal of our department is to help reach more middle-market consumers through excellent direct response creative. Today, TruStage Life is the third largest direct to consumer life insurer in the market.

Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for managing, leading and developing the team of marketing professionals to ensure successful project execution of the creative strategy and plan for end-to-end omnichannel marketing, all creative for online marketing programs, including but not limited to email, direct mail, digital and other lead generation marketing materials. The role supports the marketing function to include business planning, new product development, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, promotion plans and results reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead team in developing and implementing unique, creative, and innovative creative concepts and design strategies across the spectrum of omnichannel media.
Write creative briefs, assign and lead creative development.
Present creative concepts and sell direction to clients, management.
Work with online and offline areas of business to ensure consistence of brand and messaging.
Manage marketing support processes, brand operations/creative review processes, production design.
Develop processes to leverage marketing, content management, print and digital asset management systems to meeting marketing objectives and gain efficiencies.
Collaborate and consult with peers, Senior Managers and other key customers to determine external resource needs and refine tactics to meet business and marketing goals.
Develop relationships with business leaders to understand needs, gauge satisfaction, share feedback and make improvements.
Manage marketing program budget and project resources according to plan.
Participate in customer and competitive research and analysis projects, applying insight to marketing strategy.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in marketing with emphasis on development of end-to-end consumer creative design and content.
Previous experience in thought leadership in omnichannel marketing space.
Demonstrate ability to understand and interpret brand needs and to develop innovative, result-oriented media solutions to address those needs.
Previous leadership experience and ability to conceptualize with writers, designers, and clients to product powerful creative solutions in a financial services (or related) environment.
Experience in a highly regulated industry and previous working relationships in working with compliance and legal is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, manage and execute strategic marketing plans and budgets.
Demonstrated experience collecting data, creating action plans and implement process changes.
Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, and directing employees and/or external vendors.
Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, relationship building, customer service skills.
