Position Overview
The Operations Manager will maintain the physical integrity of the commercial property, create an environment which enhances the guest experience, tenant sales, community connections, and positions the property for future growth.
The Operations Manager will manage mechanical systems, construction practices, preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with government regulations.
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of operations methods and understands the need to increase profitability and will keep common area costs under control. This individual administers the physical operations of the center, oversees general and preventative property maintenance, construction coordination, public safety, housekeeping and other contracted services.
