This candidate would need to provide leadership to the CCS admin staff and ensure that the CCS team has onsite admin coverage for meetings and customer engagements. The successful candidate should possess the ability to independently handle office management functions such as managing correspondence, ordering/maintaining office supplies, preparing presentations, tracking open items and identifying ways to streamline office activities. The successful candidate must communicate with various levels of LM personnel, client base, government agencies. The successful candidate must exercise discretion and sound judgment. This role is often the first point of contact for other executives, therefore a professional presence and experience with these interactions is highly desirable.
