Overview:
Reporting to the VP. Retail, the Head of Retail of Operations will contribute to increasing store development by ensuring that all Front of House and Back of House processes are aligned with Givenchy’s requirements. They will be in charge of measuring and challenging the team around Commercial KPI’s in coordination with the VP, Retail.
The Head of Retail Operations will act as a support function and will be a strong partner of the VP, Retail, Regional Leaders, supporting the coordination and management of business operational activities, liaising with the central departments and regional HQ departments.

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000- $160,000(annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution
