As the Human Resources Coordinator you will support Residential Aquatics, LLC. by providing day-to-day support for the entire Residential and Commercial platforms. The HR Coordinator will assist the HR team with orientation, exit interviews, separation letters, accident reporting, and unemployment claims. Become the go-to person for answering any questions about paid time off, benefits, etc., as well as provide administrative support to all HR employees. This is a hybrid position which will sit at our All Florida Pools location in Miami, FL.
