SummaryThe NFL Marketing Strategy and Sciences (MS&S) team sits at the center of NFL’s marketing organization driving the overall strategy, planning, and performance efforts. Two years ago the Consumer Media group was formed to better align our paid and owned media assets to drive greater effectiveness and efficiency. As the next step in the evolution of our Consumer Media team we are looking for a Coordinator, Performance Media & Optimization to help deliver flawless execution of our paid and owned media campaigns. Working closely with our internal media planning and buying teams, this individual will ensure campaigns are built and trafficked correctly.Responsibilities* Oversee all ad ops and trafficking needs for all paid, owned, and partner media campaigns* Manage the implementation of 3rd-party pixeling protocol, event tags, floodlight tagging, etc. into ongoing campaign execution* Be a key driver in the identification and implementation of ongoing improvements of our media buying process to drive greater efficiencies* Identify new opportunities within ad tech tools and systems (DSPs, Ad Servers, DCO, tag management)* Partner with Media Strategy team on budget management and serve as key point of contact with NFL finance and partner agencies on billing management and reconciliation* Troubleshoot challenging ad delivery issues* Document internal procedures and policies and update as needed* Ensure campaigns are tracked and reported properly.* Aid in the development of regular performance reportingRequired Education and Experience* Bachelor’s degree* 3-5 years of relevant ad ops/trafficking experience* Hands on experience working in platforms like Google Campaign Manager, Tag Manager, DV360, Google Analytics, Kochava, The Trade Desk, Adobe Ad Cloud* Familiarity with OTT platforms preferred* Working knowledge of Verification and Brand Safety vendors: MOAT, IAS, DV, etc.* Experience in television trafficking a plus; a willingness to learn is a mustOther Key Attributes/Characteristics* Obsessed with driving results* Close attention to detail* Motivated by problem solving* Flexibility to quickly adjust in an ever-changing media and sports landscape* Ability to translate complex technical concepts for a non-technical audienceTravel* Limited travel requiredExpected Hours of Work* Full time employee* Weekend & night work required during the season* FLSA exempt.
