POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the COO, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the HR initiatives of this busy call center. S/he should have experience in various aspects of Human Resource management, including recruitment, policy and benefit administration, employee relations, payroll, training, and compliance reporting. The HR Manager will have responsibility to lead HR in two facilities, one in Cherry Hill, NJ and one in Boca Raton, Fl.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Ten years of experience in HR with 5 years of experience managing the HR needs of a high-volume call center, or manufacturing site.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS of POSITION:
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch, and talk or hear. The employee may be required to sit for long periods of time. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds. Occasional travel of up to 20% may be required.
