365 Solar Energy is seeking a Human Resources Director to assist in the continued growth of our solar company. We are committed to finding the best candidates and ensuring a positive work experience for all employees.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the full cycle recruiting function for the organization and implement process improvements as necessary
Partner and build relationships with hiring managers to strategize on workforce planning and develop role-specific recruitment strategies
Proactively use sourcing techniques to identify top talent, leveraging multiple technologies, creative outlets, and networks to attract a diverse candidate pool
Develop and build out recruiting methods to ensure the company has the exposure, tools, and insight to conduct candidate screenings and identify the best candidates for each role
Ensure hiring process reflects commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), including training our hiring managers on each step of the hiring process
Develop and manage external brand initiatives related to recruiting, such as online presence (LinkedIn, Glassdoor), partnerships with universities, and networking opportunities
Recommend, extend, and negotiate offers of employment, looking for win-win solutions for both the candidate and our organization
Manage and analyze hiring metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for the company
Deliver a positive candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process
Partner with Marketing to display externally what it’s like to work at 365 Solar Energy highlighting company events, success stories employee growth opportunities, etc.
Manage onboarding process and build relationships with employees to support them through their full lifecycle
Participate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
Serve as a partner to hiring managers for employee relations issues
Lead the applicant tracking platform within our HRIS System (Paycorp); exploring ways to maximize its impact on the employee experience
Identify and design programs to continuously improve employee engagement and professional growth
Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations; identifying needs for updated policies and procedures as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent education and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
7+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
Professional certifications a plus such as SHRM, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.
Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization s value proposition.
Must possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs.
Experience with Applicant Tracking using HRIS.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
