Position Objective:
The Smithfield HR Manager is a key role which will have accountability for partnering with the Smithfield Plant Manager and Management Team in developing strategies and initiatives designed to drive employee recruitment, engagement, retention and development. The HR Manager is relied upon for counsel, leadership, execution and results that support the Smithfield operation to meet their strategic, organizational and manufacturing production priorities.
