We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruitment Manager to join our team ! As one of the largest community health centers in the Pacific Northwest and a dedicated driver in providing patients with high-quality, culturally sensitive, affordable health care. We are seeking talented recruitment professional to help grow our team of healthcare experts.

We provide comprehensive medical, dental, and social services in 16 communities across Washington and Oregon. Our medical and dental services are complemented by behavioral health services, nutrition services, drug, and alcohol treatment, an HIV/AIDS clinic, community health services, and the Northwest Community Action Center (providing employment, training, mentoring, case management, and referral services), and mobile health units. We employ over 1,600 staff in addition to our residents, administrative fellows, students, and volunteers. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, recognized by HRSA, The Joint Commission, and The National Committee for Quality Assurance for our accomplishments in community health care.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading and supervising the work of the talent team ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Establish goals and metrics for the team
• Evaluate performance against goals and provides coaching for optimal performance. Solicits and evaluates candidate feedback and establishes procedures to ensure the candidate experience is consistent and positive.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Director to create and establish strategies and procedures for staff positions. –
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Recruiters for the various functions.
• Create and deliver reports regarding recruitment strategy, performance, metrics, and effectiveness.
• Manage vendor relations ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Assess vendor performance and communicates recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate system updates to staff and revises processes as needed.
• Maintain an active requisition workload that includes full-cycle recruiting.
• Coach, mentor, and train direct report staff.
• Provide continuous performance management and conducts employee performance evaluations.
• Address performance and/or behavior issues, clarify expectations, and provide feedback. –
• Participates in the recruitment and selection of staff.
• Provides orientation to outline job requirements and expectations, policies and procedures, and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Support staff growth and development.
• Assess the educational and experience needs of all levels of staff in collaboration with the individual.
• Encourage staff to seek educational opportunities incorporating job-related training in addition to mandatory training.

Experience

Five years experience in full-cycle recruiting with duties including:

• Pre-screening candidates
• Participating in interviews
• Making offer recommendations and providing guidance to hiring managers.
• Career Services, HR Generalist with recruiting responsibility is equivalent.
• One year’s experience in a supervisory position, preferably in recruiting or completion of our company’s Fast Track Leadership Training.
• A Master’s Degree with three years experience or two years experience of the five years’ experience as a Senior Recruiter is preferred.
• Two years experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a recruiting function within a healthcare organization preferred.
• Experience in a highly competitive industry and dynamic environment preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (HR) or Business Administration. Master’s Degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) certification or other HR/Recruiting certifications are preferred.

This position is located at our administrative office in Yakima, Washington. Relocation allowance is available. On-site is preferred but a HYBRID/REMOTE work arrangement is an option if within driving distance of Yakima and the ability to work on-site in Yakima for one week every 6-8 weeks. Will also consider REMOTE candidates from the states of WA, OR, CA, AZ, and CO.

Pay: $77,400.00 – $99,000.00 per year
