Job Description:
RSC Human Resources Coordinator

Shift Details: 1st shift Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm

What You’ll Do

• Prepares, submits, and audits employee recognition programs along with turnover and referral analysis trackers
• Assists Conducts Workday data entry including new hires, terminations, and promotions
• Ensures proper premiums and shift differentials are being applied
• Administers and manages the time and attendance policy of all RSC employees
• Ensures that attendance records are accurate, reviewed and maintained
• Orientation presentations and completion of I9
• Retention and recognition program monitoring, initiation and directing
• DOT employment verifications
• O utlook calendar all staff meetings, activities and check-ins
• Assist with Standards SOP operations
• Workday Reports – Labor, Distribution, Turnover, Referral
• Ability to assist the HR Team in any capacity, may include, payroll, employee relations and recruiting

What you need to succeed:

• Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
• Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Emphasis on Human Resources a plus
• PHR/SPHR desirable
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in human resources
• Knowledge and skill in payroll and employment law
• Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships
• Strong customer service orientation and demonstrated administrative experience
• Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet
• Experience in Workday preferred
• S trong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good attention to detail
• A bility to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Strong interest in recruitment, employment branding and general human resources practices
