Job Description:
Shape knowledge architecture and support practitioners and teams in the design, development, and delivery of leadership development modules and programs. Responsible for managing learning and development knowledge (30%). You will design, develop, and continuously improve a dynamic library of best practice learning and development resources, including: Standard client-facing materials (e.g., design principles), Internal playbooks (e.g., how-to guides) and final materials for delivered, client-facing modules, cases, and program. You will regularly convene practitioners to help actively shape and develop the portfolio and support knowledge codification and dissemination efforts. In addition, you will support client development and program delivery (20%). You will be an advisor and first alert for practitioners and our client service teams working on leadership development topic. You will guide teams to the best Academy experts and materials (and related Firm resources), streamline and innovate Academy’s knowledge support and delivery system to proposal and engagement teams and design learning solutions (50%). You will help create custom learning solutions for clients by developing and/or configuring a variety of appropriate strategies including interactive instructor-led classroom learning, web-based and virtual classroom training, performance support, and workplace-based learning. This includes adult learning principles to recommend design approaches and interactions that most effectively support specific performance objectives. Working closely with subject matter experts and clients to understand performance needs of the audience. Writing, editing, and manage content development at all stages of the lifecycle, enforcing quality standards, and adhering to deadlines. You will also work with designers, media practitioners, and vendors to create final materials.

Skills:
Experience in instructional design and development. Deep knowledge of adult learning approaches; familiarity with knowledge management practices. Superior editing, writing, and critical reasoning skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and presence. High intelligence and ability to quickly grasp range of complex business issues. Has deep knowledge of, and a passion for, the art and science of learning, development, and human performance. Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently, adept at collaboration and network building, and able to engage and communicate effectively at all levels of the firm.
