Actalent Hiring for Interior Designer at Orlando, FL Full Time

Currently seeking a Project Interior Designer to join our well established and growing healthcare practice in Orlando. This person will work on a 3-5 person project team, supporting multiple large healthcare systems in Florida. The will support a team of Architectural Designers, Project Architects, and a Project Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Working in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketchup, Photoshop for both drafting and presentation.
• Research and select colors, finishes, and materials as well as furniture specifications, finish boards, and binders.
• Research and learn codes and technical information.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients.

Hard Skills

• Bachelors of Interior Design
• 8 years of experience on interiors projects
• NCIDQ (or plans to take the exam)
• Strong communication skills

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use sound and independent judgment.
• Confident in sharing new ideas
• Attention to detail and appreciation of creative and thoughtful design.
• Qualified candidates must have a polished portfolio that represents their work well and the ability to speak about the projects in the portfolio, including what they did on these projects.
