Adapthealth inc.is a respiratory medical equipment company seeking an energetic, hard working, organized individual for a full time sales & marketing assistant position.

The ideal candidate for this multi-tasking position shall demonstrate strong communication skills, strong work ethic, professionalism, and computer proficiency.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide assistance to Director of Sales and Marketing and Marketing Manager
• Help with organization of sales and marketing materials and tasks
• Promotional item inventory and research
• Coordinate the purchase of sales and advertising materials including promotional items and printed materials.
• Packaging and shipping out items – Sales Kits, Kudos packages, other sales materials as needed
• Sales Rep Checklists for new employees
• Presentation ARC Books and Training Books (printing/assembly)
• Maintain lists and spreadsheets
• Maintain Sharepoint digital files
• Reports – help with pulling and organizing sales reporting
• Event support
• Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image through all sales materials, product lines, promotional materials, and events
• Be knowledgeable of and responsible for the current Adapt policies and procedures that apply to this position.
• Assist Adapt in meeting its growth and financial goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Microsoft suite experience including Excel required
• Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
