The Opportunity
We’re looking for an accomplished Talent Scout to help tell Adobe’s story and engage top technical talent in the market! This role will be primarily involved in hiring efforts for Adobe’s Digital Media business in the US.
What you will do:
You will own and drive sourcing strategy & execution for Adobe Digital Media’s most critical areas of the Creative Cloud Product groups
Identify, screen and present excellent diverse talent pools
Use data and insights to assist Talent Partners with driving efficiencies in hiring process as well as provide regular reporting as needed
Position Adobe as an employer of choice
Mentor and develop capabilities of other Talent Scouts
Role model Adobe’s values and culture to both prospects and employees, especially upholding clean and frequent communication
Help plan and drive successful recruiting events
Collaborate with team to better understand market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs
Continually learn and grow with us
What you need to succeed:
Rich experience ability in technical sourcing for large organizations.
Savvy to engage passive talent amid stiff industry competition
Ability to learn/flex and adapt to changing business needs
Experience in talent mapping technology industry landscapes and trends
Ability to have difficult conversations around critical topics including compensation expectations and immigration law & policy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Real passion for creative sourcing and recruitment techniques with a focus on providing a white-glove experience to clients and future talent
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
