Purpose of the Position
Manager, Learning and Development (L&D) will take the lead in planning and executing projects focused on aligning L&D with the priorities of all departments within the organization. Through this work, you will apply your background knowledge of Trauma Informed Care and DE&I to ensure that all L&D experiences align with Win’s values and priorities. You will be responsible for supporting our Learning Management System, WinLearn, in providing individual, social and facilitated learning opportunities for staff at every level.

Managing Performance: Monitors performance against predetermined standards set by Win and funders. Shares constructive feedback, quickly adjusts to new demands. Holds self and staff accountable for performance at high standards.
Applying and Developing Expertise: Takes client issues to the appropriate people within the organization to obtain the most accurate information to meet customer needs. Applies technical knowledge to solve a range of problems. Understands and upholds all policies and procedures described in Win Employee Handbook.
