ADP is hiring a Sales Operations Manager – Enablement. This position performs a variety of functions to support ADP Compliance Solutions. The duties include serving as the primary point of contact for BU enablement and learning requirements, needs, and questions. Also, the person in the role will possess an understanding of the day-to-day processes of sellers and front-line sales managers for their line of business and identify opportunities to drive their effectiveness through enablement programs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement and learning plan for the BU
• Assess and prioritize existing enablement processes and diagnose areas for improvement
• Develop messaging across the 9+ Compliance Solutions product suite
• Develop go-to-market plans for new product releases and project manage the delivery to our sales partners; focus on Employer Financial Services (EFS) product suite including Wisely Paycard, Earned Wage Access (EWA), Wage Payments, & Direct Deposit
• Collaborate with marketing/product marketing department to ensure content is cohesive and usable
• Create content to be used in sales processes and manage the delivery of them through tools
• Assess and validate and prioritize learning needs of business segment internally and externally
• Collaborate with BU sales leadership on timing, communication, and ing
• Oversee the design and rollout of learning solutions to the BU, in collaboration with COE (Center of Excellence)
• Ensure the training curriculum is tailored to the BU’s needs, under the broader WW framework
• Create a positive learning climate by building learner motivation and delivering constructive feedback
• Partner with fellow Learning Leads to support the deployment of ADP-wide learning initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations functions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity of top current sales enablement and learning strategies, best practices, and methodologies such as Challenger and Corporate Visions
• Familiarity with the ADP sales tech stack
• Proficiency in content management systems, primarily Seismic
• Understanding of deployment of buyer portals such as Omedym
• Skilled in understanding and combining the business needs of stakeholders across multiple departments into one cohesive direction (incl. marketing, legal, finance, and broader sales ops)
• Data-driven acumen for metrics, ing, and an understanding of how predictive targeting and analytics work
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Highly motivated with a proven track record of launching and supporting successful sales programs
• Some experience with building and delivering learning content
• Knowledge of HCM products and HCM industry preferred
