About the Role:
Full-time, permanent opportunity
Work Environment – Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Work directly with Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on key strategic HR initiatives.
Responsible for new hire onboarding, orientation, offboarding and assistance with recruiting.
Manage vendor relationship with PEO – currently ADP.
Oversight of timekeeping and payroll functions in accordance with current company policies as well as federal, state, and local regulations and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws related to employment in all areas of Human Resources.
Responsible for performing talent management process, updating policies and procedures, HRIS support, employee communications, and detailed analysis of HR /recruitment trends.
Coordinate and owns key HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, etc.
Assist with other Admin responsibilities which may include assistance with Accounting, Compliance or Property Management.
Provide excellent customer service while assisting our Client Experience department as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Possess strong computer skills and ability to work with payroll systems
Attention to detail, good follow through & communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
Patience, tact and a positive attitude toward employees, residents, family members, state and federal agencies and other team members
High focus on continuously improving systems
Previous Human Resources and/or payroll experience required
BA/BS required
