We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team. His major Responsibilities are:

Job Description:

In this role you will provide operational support and project coordination for the Talent Acquisition team based in USA. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), you will strive to create the best possible recruitment experience for candidates, Hiring Managers, HR Business partners, etc. by assisting the team with coordination of interviews, candidate travel, offer letters and pre-employment screenings. In addition, you will develop your project and organizational skills by partnering with the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to develop and document policies & processes and provide oversight for several key business processes. The successful candidate will be organized, creative, and detail oriented with the ability to positively influence the growth of Electrolux North America!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide through leadership, foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and provide best in class experience to our candidates, hiring managers and talent acquisition team.
• Continuous improvement mindset and foster a culture of innovation; to improve hiring processes and talent acquisition experience.
• Operate with the highest ethical standards and handle confidential information while demonstrating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):

• BA/BS degree in business or related discipline
• 1+ year of experience coordinating multiple projects and provide excellent customer service. preferred experience in Human Resources
• Intermediate Microsoft Skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create reports and presentations.
