Job Requirements:
Aim is looking for an industry leading Regional Truck Leasing Operations Manager to join our team: This position is in the Operations Department and reports primarily to the Regional Maintenance Director. The Truck Leasing Operations Manager plans, directs, and coordinates multiple facilities requirements with appropriate equipment and staff. This role will be based out of our Denver, Colorado location.

The Truck Leasing Operations Manager plans, directs, and coordinates multiple facilities requirements with appropriate equipment and staff. This role will be based out of our Denver, Colorado location.
Essential Functions:
- Direct and manage activities to ensure that organizational goals are met
- Position located in Denver
- Full service truck leasing experience and knowledge on diesel mechanic/diesel truck industry is preferred
- Train, direct, and manage service managers to coordinate daily operations
- Work with sales, accounting, and the customer on all budget matters
- Monitor work orders, preventative maintenance reports, warranty and all signed monthly reporting
- Supervisory responsibilities
Job Description:
Required Education and Experience:
- 3+ Years of Management, Trucking, or Related Field
- CDL preferred (not required)
- Great with computers and diagnostics
- Previous experience with budgets
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Travel: Approximately 50% travel regionally
