As the HR Administrative / Clerk, reporting to the Human Resources Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the other HR professionals doing various HR tasks. Duties to include, but not limited to supporting database management, recruiting activities, new hire documentation and training, and personnel files management.
Responsibilities
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties, such as database entries, reports, compiling and distributing materials and filing.
Oversee record management.
Support recruiting efforts.
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
Assist training and support for new employees on HR related topics.
Assist with request from Team member for information.
Assist with employee relation suggestion/concern database.
Assist grasping the reasons for employee turnover by utilizing exit interviewing tools and analyzing the data to recommend and implement countermeasures to reduce the turnover rate.
Other duties and project as assigned.
Desirable Qualifications
Associate degree preferred in related field and/or minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, able to create graphs, spreadsheets and databases using the application’s basic function.
Self-motivated & positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional time management.
Occasional overtime may be required according to business needs.
