- Work closely with other HR team members to execute all activities related to the HR function for our clients.
- Communicate, plan, and prioritize to execute daily responsibilities.
- Utilize multiple technologies, such as Excel, Word, Adobe and HRIS systems to execute projects and track/share information.
- Assist clients in a variety of recruitments, managing the candidate pool throughout the process.
- Develop collaborative relationships with clients and co-workers for the overall good of the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years’ of HR experience preferred.
- SHRM and/or PHR Certification preferred.
- Experience working with customers/clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite systems.
