Job Summary
The Senior Talent Development Business Partner will define, create, and implement strategies for training and development with a focus on strategic development programs. This role will lead 3 – 5 North America based Talent Development Program Managers and will work closely with stakeholders in the business, providing support to multiple product lines and functions. Key responsibilities include fostering stakeholder relationships, creating and executing a talent development strategy that aligns to organizational goals and driving a culture of continuous learning for internal employees who are part of their stakeholder population.
