YOUR LIFE AS A SOFTWARE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
This full-time remote sales rep position works a flexible schedule.
As a Software Sales Account Manager with our software company, you’re responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying client needs, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration. You aggressively seek out opportunities to develop new leads and schedule initial appointments to present our services to business owners in person. Through in-person meetings, you prepare and present proposals to convert leads into new business deals.
Additionally, you close sales and transition new clients to onboarding. You then conduct follow up with new clients to ensure they’re satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns. Your exceptional customer service skills help our company continuously grow, and you take great pride in knowing you serve in such an important role as a sales rep!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 2+ years of proven sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Strong business development acumen
Internet marketing sales experience is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. This sales rep position requires strong organizational skills and impressive attention to detail. We need someone who is friendly and willing to engage with our clients to close sales.
