Semiconductor Infrastructure Solutions (SIS) is the market leader in high precision, laser interferometer systems used in the most advance semiconductor lithography systems. We are looking for a marketing manager to help grow the SIS laser interferometer business and win new customer programs.
a) Develop relationships and work directly with key customers at an expert technical level across customer’s management and R&D teams. Work directly with and develop relationships with Keysight Technologies field sales managers.
b) Manage a team of expert and career technical application engineers and product engineers supporting customer programs.
c) Develop strategies and implement plans to increase business at the major accounts.
d) Investigate new opportunities to enter new markets and/or increase product content for existing customers.
e) Develop new product definitions and roadmaps covering multiple R&D programs. Evaluate customer roadmaps and perform product validations to optimize long term revenues, profit and shareholder value.
f) Work in close conjunction with our sales team and make technical presentations to customers, and internal presentations to SIS’s R&D, manufacturing, finance, and senior management.
g) Manage product life cycle for newly introduced products and customer change request for existing products.
h) Be a key member of the SIS business team setting strategy of laser interferometer product line.
i) Be a key contributor at internal account review meetings and at important industry technical conferences.
a) Successfully lead customer interactions to become the plan of record for interferometer solutions for a targeted set of new customer products/platforms.
b) Establish a good working relationship and be a good team player within SIS and customer managers and individuals.
c) Meet or exceed current semi-annual revenue, profit and ROIC targets for the division.
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years related experience as a manager, with typically 9 to 15 years experience in semiconductor lithography, inspection and metrology. Requires strong management skills. Requires technical expertise in optical, mechanical, or systems engineering.
