Accounting Clerk(s):
We are looking for a qualified Data Entry, Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk that reports directly to the Manager of Fuel & Administration and performs data entry functions in line with daily inventory control procedures, prepare fueling reports and ensure accountability. In addition, to assist in all activities regarding the processing of accounts payable functions and employee compensation in the company. Undertake a variety of accounts payable related tasks such as entering invoices and ensuring they are paid accurately in a timely manner. You will also perform various payroll related tasks such as entering payroll information, calculating wages, the weekly transmittal for processing and maintain employee attendance records along with providing related reports for management.
The candidate should be experienced in entering data with attention to detail and be a thorough professional with good communication abilities.
